Signature Salad

Romaine lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers, cherry tomato & purple onion with a garlic Italian vinaigrette dressing 


Creole Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, shaved parmesan cheese & a Creole  Caesar dressing


Tuscan burrata Salad

Burrata paired with heirloom tomatoes, greens and shaved parmesan cheese and finished with olive oil and Balsamic vinaigrette

Seafood spinach dip w/ toasted bread

 Homemade spinach dip stuffed with crawfish tails and jumbo shrimp served with chips or toasted bread 


Crab stuffed shrimp 

Jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with a crab cake ball 


Steak Chimichurri

Marinated sliced skirt steak layered with homemade chimichurri and a charred lime


Honey jalapeño chicken skewers 

Pan secared hickenb and ell peppers finished with a house made honey jalapeño sauce


Creole Crawfish Arancini "Fried crawfish rice balls"

Our famous crawfish rice rolled into a ball and coated with bread crumbs and deep fried served with a tomato cream sauce

Ravioli stuffed with shrimp, topped with a homemade Cajun alfredo sauce and topped with lobster, shrimp and crawfish


Ox tail lasagna

 Braised Ox tail simmered in a rich gravy, hand rolled in fresh lasagna sheets with ricotta & mozzarella cheese. Finished with a  silky creole marinara sauce


Bayou royale salmon 

Blackened salmon over Caso rice (dirty rice) and a crawfish cream sauce

Tuscan Cajun pasta

Penne pasta with grilled bell peppers and spinach smothered in a creamy tomato sauce topped with jumbo shrimp


New Orleans BBQ shrimp linguine

Sautéed jumbo shrimp in a buttery seasoned sauce tossed over linguine noodles  and served with a sliced lemon and toasted French bread

Jumbo lump crab cakes over a homemade creole remoulade and served with lemon herb risotto & roasted garlic parmesan asparagus

Grilled peaches served over a bed of brown sugar, mascarpone, and honey spread topped with ice cream, homemade cobbler crumble, cobbler drizzle and powder sugar.
