Non-refundable deposit:
- $250 deposit required to book each event time slot
- I have 2 spots available each day) 1 AM slot & 1 PM slot
- AM time slot (choose start time 10am-noon)
- PM time slot (choose start time 7pm-9pm)
*If you are booking an event start time between 1 pm- 6 pm will be charged an additional $250
Book ahead of time :
- It's best to do your consultation at least a month or two before your event.
- A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure the date of the event.
- Once a deposit is made, changes to your invoice (adding/subtracting guest and/or menu items) can be made until your remainder payment due date.
- The full payment is due on the scheduled due date stated on your invoice or a $100 late fee will be applied.
Booking an event within 7 days of the event date:
- If you are booking within 7-days of the event, the full payment is required to book the event (non-refundable)
- A $100 convenience fee will be automatically added to all invoices that have a remaining balance after the scheduled remainder payment due date.
- If the invoice is not paid in full within 72 hours of the event the event will be cancelled due to non-payment.
Booking or paying for an event within 72 hours of the event date:
- A $200 rush fee will be added to your invoice if you are booking an event within 72 hours.
- Invoice and contracts must be paid in full/signed in order to book Caso Kitchen
Additional info:
- Groups of 8 or more will automatically be billed 15% gratuity.
- The invoice must be paid in full and all contracts signed before Caso Kitchen will begin the event.
- For any event, the chef on site fee will be applied plus the standard price per person.
- Brunch and dinner minimum (chef on site fee included):
- A $35 service fee will be applied if the kitchen at the residence of the event is not clean upon the Chefs arrival.
- Any unaccounted guests that attends your event and eats, the host will be charged the per person amount plus a $50 fee for that guest (the invoice must be paid before the event begins)
