Non-refundable deposit:
- Dedicated deposit amount required to book each event time slot
Book ahead of time :
- It's best to do your consultation at least a month or two before your event.
- A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure the date of the event.
- Once a deposit is made, changes to your invoice (adding/subtracting guest and/or menu items) can be made until your remainder payment due date.
- The full payment is due on the scheduled due date stated on your invoice or a $100 late fee will be applied.
Booking an event within 7 days of the event date:
- If you are booking within 7-days of the event, the full payment is required to book the event (non-refundable)
- A $100 convenience fee will be automatically added to all invoices that have a remaining balance after the scheduled remainder payment due date.
- If the invoice is not paid in full within 72 hours of the event the event will be cancelled due to non-payment.
Booking or paying for an event within 72 hours of the event date:
- A $200 rush fee will be added to your invoice if you are booking an event within 72 hours.
- Invoice and contracts must be paid in full/signed in order to book Caso Kitchen
Additional info:
- Groups of 4 or more will automatically be billed 15% gratuity.
- The invoice must be paid in full and all contracts signed before Caso Kitchen will begin the event.
- A $35 service fee will be applied if the kitchen at the residence of the event is not clean upon the Chefs arrival.
- Any unaccounted guests that attends your event and eats, the host will be charged an additional fee
