I am Chef Caso, Owner and chef of Caso Kitchen. I'm a 32-year-old self-taught chef with the passion to cook and the urge to share my talent with the world. With my mom's family from Italy and my dad's family from Louisiana/Texas I was destined to become a chef. I originally created Caso Kitchen in 2017 with the vision of blending traditional Italian and Cajun dishes together for people to enjoy. Now, Caso Kitchen has evolved into so much more and I cannot wait to provide you with the upscale restaurant feel in the comfort of your own home.
